Responsibilities:

• To coordinate with Main Contractor, Architect, Consultant for drawing / material approval and attend site meeting for drawing discussion
• To coordinate with other departments in respect of engineering processing for finalization of product specification
• To issue and follow up Variation Order
• To handle tender and contract documentation works
• To perform other ad_hoc job duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering, or in Engineering or in Architectural Studies or Building management
• 2-5 years working experience in tendering or project coordination for construction or building services field (Less experience will be considered as Engineering Trainee)
• Proficient in written & spoken English & Chinese
• Familiar with using MS Office
