Responsibilities:

• To overlook and supervise a team of project engineers/assistant project engineers and work independently with least supervision from the project operation manager
• To closely monitor the progress of those projects under his team to ensure the project target completion date is met within budget cost
• To evaluate the works quality of installation subcontractors and equipment suppliers to ensure that their services provided is up to standard and meeting the general and particular requirement of the projects concerned
• Report to the project operation manager of site progress at timely interval and seek his advice for any irregularities or problems being encountered on the right time
• Attend meetings and visiting site from time to time depending on necessity for any particular issues and liaise with other trades for details of works at a more senior level as may be required
• To monitor the performance of his team members for the projects and render his supervision, planning and leadership to achieve the project milestones, including documentation, implementation, practical completion, handover, defect liability period and final contract sum agreement
• Observe the environmental, health and safety policy and regulation

• Diploma in Electronic Engineering or relevant discipline, university degree holder will be an advantage but not mandatory. Candidate with relevant working experience but without the said academic qualification will also be considered
• At least 5 years relevant working experience in Security or ELV System installation for infrastructure
• Be self-motivated and good communication skills with different levels of trades at site
• With good PC skills, good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese
