Responsibilities:
• Be able to manage a Product portfolio of LED lighting products incl. light sources & luminaires

• Product portfolio management by working closely with PRC R&D team, Project and Marketing teams

• Propose technical requirements on the LED lighting products

• Define the product portfolio for Indoor lighting (commercial, hospitality, residential) & Outdoor lighting applications

• Need to identify, propose & implement strategic sales plans with the ultimate aim to increase sales

• Execute various marketing strategies & engage with different customers for the promotion act. in respective regions for business growth

• Conduct market research/analysis & product benchmarking to analyze the business trends of LED lighting products

• Translate general product plan into feasible technical execution, cost and time targets for attaining development plan

• Collaborate with the PRC R&D team to analyze the product development & product testing reports

• Support the packaging team to prepare necessary packaging and graphics initiatives

Requirements:
• Higher Diploma/Degree holders in Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline

• At least 3-5 years hands-on, solid working experiences in NPI and factory management

• With substantial knowledge in LED lighting products

• Actual experiences in electronic products development will also be considered

• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin

• Positive, well-organized, self-motivated and with good interpersonal skills

• The position is based in HK but with occasional travel to PRC factory

• Applicant with less experience will be considered as Product Engineer

• Salary will commensurate with experience, and with discretionary bonus
