職責範圍

• 中央冷氣: 負責中央冷氣系統維修、保養及調試工作
• 樓宇管理系統: 負責電子設備 / 樓宇管理系統的檢測, 維修及保養工作

• 中央冷氣:  2年或以上中央冷氣維修工作經驗或完成學徒訓練; 沒有相關工作經驗但持有機械/機電或相關證書/文憑
• 樓宇管理系統:  持有機械/機電或相關證書/文憑, 或沒有學歷要求但具備相關工作經驗
• 良好粵語、一般英語
• 持有相關建造業工人註冊證
• 持有建造業安全訓練證明書(平安咭)

• 持有有效電工牌(A/ B/ R)
• 能獨立處理安裝工程、維修及保養工作
• 具良好客戶服務態度
• 具良好工作態度及有責任心
