Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager

Job Description:

• Lead a team of Engineers for multi-disciplinary HVAC or Electrical services projects, from tendering, negotiation to execution.
• Oversee the overall project planning, progress and ensure compliance of the relevant quality and safety standard / procedures and other statutory requirements, when applicable.
• Manage and coordinate with clients, consultants and sub-contractors.

Job Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 4 years' solid experience in M&E and HVAC with at least 2 years in supervisory level.
• Government Contractor / Consultant Background is preferable.
• Sensitive in market trend and strong analytical skill.
• Dynamic, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills with result-oriented approach.
• Experience in AI would be an advantage.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager.

Engineer / Assistant Engineer

Job Description:

• Assist Project Manager in tendering preparation, tender analysis and price negotiation.
• Responsible for technical drawing, project planning, site coordination, quality control, safety management and testing & commissioning.
• Co-ordinate with clients, consultants, main-contractors and sub-contractors for project implementation and status.
• Provide technical advice for team member for project execution.
• Resolve ad hoc site matters and site coordination.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma Holder in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering or related disciplines.
• At least 4 years hands-on experience in E&M and HVAC installation works, preferably with experience in mega-size projects.
• With knowledge in using AutoCAD drawing and BIM software application and experience in executing BIM-enabled projects will be a plus.
• Experience in AI would be advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer.

• Guaranteed at least 14 months salary
• Salary review after probation
• Five-day work week (9:00am – 5:30pm) and discretionary allowance

  • Registered Minor Works Contractors
  • Registered Energy Assessor
  • RCx Practitioner
