Division: Home Business Operation Centre / Service Provision & Project Management

 In this position, you will:

• In charge of the productization and operation of business and residential broadband service
• Lead the team to plan, design, provision and operate for the services
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to drive the operational excellent
• Ensure the timely and quality delivery
• Manage the out-sourced partners

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements: 

• Bachelor or Postgraduate degree in technologies, engineering or science with relevant professional qualification
• Minimum 8 years’ solid experience in relevant technologies
• Strong capability of learning and growth
• Strong knowledge and industrial background on transmission and broadband services
• Sound analytical and problem solving skills
• PMP/CCNAP/ ITIL is preferred
• Good initiative, leadership, interpersonal, presentation, consultative and communication skills
• Be creative and open-minded
