Responsibilities

• Support Quality Technician in performing new and alternative material testing and product testing;
• Consolidate and maintain the technical document for product certification approval and external audits;
• Monitor the change/update of management system standards and regulatory requirements;
• Perform audit of environmental, occupational health, safety, social compliance, management system and manufacturing process;
• Maintain ISO13485 system effectiveness;
• Prepare and update Quality Control Plan and inspection documents;
• Handle customer complaints and provide CAR report to customers;
• Assist Assurance & Compliance Manager to implement quality improvement tasks

• Higher Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Quality Management;
• 5 years experience working in quality and compliance field such as ISO9001, ISO13485, ISO14001, ISO45001, SA8000;
• Ability to work in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Knowledge and experience on global consumer product regulation compliance including CE/FDA/ASTM/NIOSH/CCC
