1.) SCC - Satellite Control Centre 衛星測控組

Responsibilities:

• Monitor satellite telemetries
• Control satellites’ attitude and onboard system by executing satellite operation procedures
• Coordinate satellite anomaly actions and ensure information distribution
• Monitor and control the ground equipment
• Company facilities basic monitoring and control
• Provide helpdesk services

• 遥距監控衛星
• 通過執行衛星操作程序控制衛星的方位和星載系統
• 協調衛星異常情況並確保信息發送
• 監測和控制地面設備
• 公司設施基礎監控
• 提供客戶服務

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in Aerospace Engineering, Communication Engineering, Electronic Engineering or Computer Science
• Good service-minded and logical thinking
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is preferred
• Capability of software development is preferred
• Accept 24 hours shift work (Shift duty including overnight shift is required)

• 本科及以上學歷（例如：航空航天工程、通信工程、電子工程或計算機科學專業）
• 應屆畢業生也將被考慮
• 良好的服務意識和邏輯思維
• 良好的溝通技巧
• 中英文口語流利，普通話優先
• 有軟件開發能力者優先
• 需要24小時輪班工作（需要輪班值班，包括夜班）

2.) NOC- VSAT&視頻業務運營組

Responsibilities:

•         Participate in daily operation in NOC(Network Operation Center) to provide technical support and emergency operation for satellite TV broadcasting services on a 24/7 basis
•         Monitor all APT uplinked TV broadcasting channels and deal with emergencies timely and appropriately.
•         Work closely with Equipment Engineer team to provide highest service availability and quality to customers.
•         Support the work of APT IDC.

• 參與网络运营中心日常運營，24/7全天候為衛星電視廣播服務提供技術支持和應急運行
• 監控所有APT上行電視廣播頻道，及時妥善處理突發事件。
• 與設備工程師團隊密切合作，為客戶提供优质服务。
• 支持APT IDC的工作。

Requirements:

•         High Diploma or above, major in Communication Engineering, Electronic Engineering or related field
•         Self-motivated and great sense of responsibility
•         Strong problem solving skills and comfortable for multi-tasking
•         Good communication skills and team working spirit
•         Fluency in both spoken and written English, Putonghua is preferred
•         Fresh graduates will also be considered
•         Shift duty is required
