Responsibilities: 

• To monitor property maintenance, E & M services and builder's work
• To prepare the tender document of R & M both E & M services and builder's work
• Responsible for repairing and maintenance duties

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Building Services Engineering or equivalent 
• Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade:A/B)
• Minimum 5 years experience in maintenance of building service installations at residential property
• Good command of spoken English and Cantonese
• Knowledge of PC applications including MS Excel and Word
• Responsible, independent, self-motivated, willing to work under pressure, with good communication skill
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Technical Officer
