Job Description
- Follow company policy and approved SOPs strictly
- Responsible for GMP documentation
- Coordinate and monitor outside contractors for maintenance and renovation
- Assist in equipment installation, commissioning and validation for new equipment
- Assist and coordinate with other sections in calibration validation activities
- Ensure all measuring components/ devices in E&M section are calibrated and well maintained to support manufacturing activities
- Ensure temperature, relative humidity and differential pressure in the clean areas confirming to required specifications
- Assist in daily operations of E&M activities if necessary
- Report any abnormal conditions relating to plant, equipment or personnel that may adversely affect machine efficiency or accuracy to Section Head
- Working location at Shatin
The Person:
- Degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (Diploma with related experience is also considered)
- Manufacturing experience, practical experience in utility system preferred
- Familiar with quality standard, documentation or project management
- Registered electrical worker – Grade A preferred
- Electric boiler licensing preferred
