Our client is a top industrial process engineering company and they are seeking for a senior operation mananger to in charge of the company P&L and develop long term strategy.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing and implementing the business strategy
• Directing the organisation's activities to achieve agreed targets for financial and trading performance
• Ensuring people and organisational development
• Maintaining good relationship with customers, suppliers and regulatory bodies
• Business excellence: be responsible for continuous optimisation of processes, tooling and structures

Requirement

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent, MBA holder is a plus
• 10+ years of experience in management in a engineering/commercial enterprise
• Technical competencies in process automation/ instrumentation would be an advantage
• Ability to structure accurate financial information in a changing business environment
• Good in Cantonese, Mandarin & English
