Being the Market Leader in the Engineering Service Field, our client is inviting professionals like you to join their fast-growing Service Team for Asia Pacific Region.

Responsibilities:

• To analyst data and monitor Asia Pacific countries in usage of Field Operations Services Data to ensure proper behavior and data captured into system
• To provide various tasks and activities in systems and overall operational support including regular status update, system roll outs / system project implementation, KPI’s monitoring for Asia Pacific region.   
• To prepare safety work method statements documents as required for service / repair use
• To coordinate applicable safety work method statements documents, manuals, checklist for analyze and contribute to budgetary process based on projected product offering and manufacturing cost structures.
• Highly interact with I.T. department, as data user perspective to give suggestion and support the development of new modules by providing mock-up as well as hands-on user acceptance test

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in BBA, Quantitative Analyst, Engineering or related disciplines;
• 8 years’ experience in Data, Business, Operations, System analyst
• Strong experience in utilizing ERP systems and KPI’s to drive operational excellence
• Excellent communications skills with ability to develop constructive and cooperative internal and external working relationships
• Highly proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI; SAP knowledge is highly preferred; others ERP system will also consider
• Excellent written and communication skills in English is a MUST; Mandarin is important
• Candidate with less experience will be consider as Specialist
