Salary package ranging up to HK$1,400,000/annum 

Responsibilities:

• Report to the Chairman or the group CEO
• Form a department of contracting administration or engineering administration
• Assist in developing access to the market through technical qualification enhancement
• Build and maintain strong, trustful relationship with customer stakeholder, mainly the HKSAR government
• Manage the whole process including qualification maintenance, permits, QA, recognized and accepted standards, approvals
• Develop, organize and deliver training sponsorship, in particularly the recognized training scheme by HKIE
• Liaise externals to do with JV and specialists’ representation
• Manage internal technical audits for performance and compliance

Candidate profile:

• Degree holder or above in Civil /Engineering / any other engineering disciplines
• Experience with Government or public bodies for standard and qualification administration
• Experience in organization with similar work scope is preferrer
• Good management and communication skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and result-oriented
• Excellent command of English and Chinese languages
