Requirement:

• Higher diploma in Building Services Engineering/ Electrical Engineering / Structural Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Familiar with UPS, HVAC, Low Voltage switchboards, Compressed air and gas systems
• Experience with CAD is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office, Chinese and English typing
• Able to work overtime and weekend is required

Job Duty:

• Operate and maintain facilities in good serviceable condition
• Develop and maintain a preventative maintenance program for the cleanroom facilities and provide preventative maintenance in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
• Direct and drive effort to ensure continuity of cleanroom operation
• Responsible for maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment, including emergency repair
• Monitor the progress of all contracted-out projects
• Liaise with all the relevant parties to ensure safety during the implementation of maintenance works
• Maintains records of all facilities maintenance and repair
• Coordinate in setup of new facilities and equipment
• Performs other duties as assigned
