Major Responsibilities

• Manage the project tasks and provide professional advices for improvement in cost reduction and time management
• Monitor vendors' performance and evaluate their services quality
• Work with internal departments and external suppliers on R&M activities and projects
• Develop and maintain facilities services records, database and documentation and security system
• Assist on Project Manager for internal project and new business implementation
• Assist on layout design and CAD drawing

Basic Requirements

• Diploma or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or related disciplines
• Min. 3 years relevant experiences, with solid experience in project management is an advantage
• Good team player with strong organizational and communication skill
• Work independently, strong problem solving, negotiation and influencing skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Supervisor
