Your role

• To lead team in development, support of related information systems, GIS applications and services provision, including coordination with users, suppliers and Internal IT department for preparation of specifications, system analysis, evaluation, making proposals, and implementation of the projects

• To support and evaluate big data and digital transformation team for related projects initiatives and implementation

• Maintain systems with efficiency and good performances and availability

• Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems
   
• Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization
   
• Perform ad hoc responsibilities, such external project as assigned by the senior management or Department Head

To succeed in this role

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent

• Previous experience and expertise in the following is also expected

• Minimum 6 years’ experience at management level and supervising both development and operation team is essential

• Solid experience in project management and daily IT operation support
• Knowledge in AI, Machine Learning and Python with Software Development experience would be advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Chinese
