Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations and monitor performance of service center to maximize sales and productivity, manpower efficiency and customer service standard.
• Manage a sizable team of vehicles management, including customer service, professional advice, technical support, product delivery and daily operations, etc.
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve serval KPIs, including customer satisfaction, operational excellence, cost and operational effectiveness.
• Prepare operational analysis, reports and recommendation.

 Requirements:

• Degree or above in Automobile, Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
• At least 8 years relevant working experience in motor industry
• Ability to lead teams and build team capabilities to achieve outstanding goals
• Independent and self-motivated achievers with effective management skills
• Excellent interpersonal skill and ability to communicate well with customers, partners as well as team members effectively
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
