Job Responsibilities:

• Support business performance reviews and planning with insights in making regular operating reports, such as manufacturing loading report, KPI reports, variance analysis etc.
• Support sales budget and rolling forecast process as required
• Perform Data Analytics, Visualization, and Dashboard Building
• Responsible for the enhancement and maintenance of the reporting system. Secure smooth data architecture and process
• Participant in implementing process optimization and system solutions. Collaborate with multiple business teams from requirement elicitation to proper implementation and integration of the solutions
• Support any ad-hoc analysis tasks or projects assigned

 Requirements:

• Degree in Information Systems, Information Management, Industrial engineering, Statistics or relevant disciplines is preferred
• 2 years of hands-on business or data analytics experience
• Proficiency in Excel including Pivot table, VBA, Power Query
• Knowledge in Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau is a plus
• Strong analytical, logical-thinking, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, multi-tasking with strong sense of responsibilities
• Self-motivated and ability to collaborate as a team
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
