Responsibilities:

Install, Testing and Commissioning of hardware and software application

Provide technical support/solutions for end user computing technology and equipment.

Front-line problem support, prioritization and fixing, collaborating with technology teams and local vendors.

Be able to provide good customer service & good communication skill

Requirements:

F.5 or above in Computer Science or related

A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and common hardware

Good command of English and Chinese

Independent, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility

Fresh graduated will also be considered
