An international construction company managing residential and commercial projects for government and property developers. 

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Building, Construction or equivalent
• 3 years or above experience in projects coordination and site supervision
• Solid experience in building projects, preferably in construction industry
• Detail-minded, energetic, self-initiative with good interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin will be an asset
• Well-versed in using MS Word, Excel, Outlook and AutoCAD
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Handle projects coordination with contractors, consultants and clients
• Responsible for site visiting of workmanship and tracking the project status
• Coordinate project requirements and details to ensure the smooth operations
• Provide support on preparing site documents & reports and site meetings
• Assist in monitoring the project progress and ad hoc duties as assigned
