Requirements:

• Degree or above in Surveying or related discipline
• Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS) Building Surveying Division or Surveyor registered under the Surveyors Registration Ordinance in the division of Building Surveying
• At least 1 year of relevant post-qualification experience
• Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidate with less experience/qualification will also be considered

Responsibilities:

• Act as a Project Manager for certain types of surveying projects and work closely with other team members such as Assistant Building Surveyors/Technicians
• Responsible for managing operations, project timelines, contract and costs
• Advise on building structure issue and co-ordinate with the structural engineers
• Carry out feasibility studies on proposed works to cope with marketing strategies
• Ad hoc duties as directed
