Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall contractual and commercial aspects of multidisciplinary projects;
• Develop and manage project commercial strategy;
• Effective management of changes, risk and opportunities;
• Oversee the project financial position and manage claims and disputes;
• Advise the project team on contractual and commercial matters;
• Report to Group Commercial Director and senior management on project status and progress.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or engineering discipline;
• Professional membership such as MRICS, MHKIS, MCIOB, MHKIE or equivalent;
• Minimum 15 years’ relevant experience with building/civil/E&M/multidisciplinary projects;
• Experience in dealing with design and build contracts;
• Experience in contractual claims and dispute resolutions;
• Strong risk management and interpersonal skills;
• Fluent in written and spoken English is essential.
