Quality Director/ Senior Quality Manager (China Based)

 Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure operations compliance to IATF16969 regulation standards
• Lead advanced product quality planning (APQP) discipline
• Drive shop floor quality assurance planning and quality control
• Drive effective problem solving and a continuous improvement mindset culture
• Drive quality systematic KPI continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Engineering Bachelor’s degree, with 20 years or above relevant experience
• Skilled in advanced product quality planning (APQP) and quality tools; PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA
• Experienced in problem solving and continuous improvement tools; 8D, 5-Why, Taguchi DOE methods
• Strong practical experience, knowledge of relevant manufacturing systems and process technologies
• Extensive Shop Floor experience is a must
• Fluency in English preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered a Quality Manager
• Based in China
