Responsibilities: 

• Ensuring that the campsites and properties of HKGGA are of good standards
• of repair and maintenance, fit-for-purpose and meet and comply with all health
• safety and other statutory and regulatory requirements including managing of
• all property related periodic inspections and testing requirements. 
• Liaise internally with staff and volunteers on user-requirements matters;
• Report and formulate repair & maintenance, alteration & addition improvement
• plans for campsites, headquarter buildings and other centers of the
• association. Prepare periodic reports to the supervisor, Property & Campsite
• sub-committee and Executive Committee for deliberation and approval. 
• Formulate, plan, implement, supervise and report on the execution of capital
• and non-capital improvement projects, including preparation, monitoring and
• control of budgets. 
• Conduct tender procedures for procurement of consultants, contractors and
• other material suppliers; Monitor and control of deliveries and service
• performances. 
• Provide guidance to subordinates and/or technical artisan and motivate them
• to strive for excellence. 
• Irregular working hours in weekends and public holidays when necessary.

Requirements: 

• A Degree and/or Diploma holder in building/facilities management or
• construction related disciplines. 
• At least 5 years’ experience in facilities management, building maintenance,
• planning, and scheduling maintenance works; exposure in campsite
• management is preferred. 
• Experience in managing construction project and is conversant with
• planning, tendering, monitoring and control of projects including new-built, A
• & A and Minor Works from inception to completion stages 
• Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English. Report writing skills is
• an advantage. 
• Competency in at Microsoft Office applications, Chinese Word processing.
