Job Description
職責 :處理屋苑日常保養及維修工作(包括:機電及土木項目)，監察屋苑外判或駐苑技工維修進度
資歷 :中五程度; 3年經驗; 良好粵語; 一般普通話; 一般英語; 懂讀寫中文; 略懂讀寫英文; 持有電工A牌; 持T1證書
待遇 :每月$21,000, 有醫療福利, 銀行假期, 花紅 及生日假, 上午9時至下午6時及上午9時至下午1時, 每週工作5天半,輪休
