職責:
- 協助當值經理，監督日常營運及安排人手工作，確保以最專業的方式管理工作地點
- 主動地協助初級演藝人員應對及處理來自賓客服務熱線之賓客查詢、疑問及意見，從而妥善地處理賓客的期望
- 需就賓客的要求及演藝人員的工作表現作出適時和及時的決定，處理任何臨時及突發的賓客情況
- 與賓客建立及保持良好關係，並透過採取適當的行動處理賓客的意見及/或問題，維護公司的利益
- 為其他演藝人員樹立榜樣、保持團隊之間的良好協同作用、為初級演藝人員提供指導及培訓
- 持續監察並就演藝人員的工作表現提供反饋，以及表揚表現卓越的演藝人員
- 為團隊準備值勤表及日常報告，為演藝人員的表現考核提供意見
- 確保團隊遵從安全指引及迪士尼服務準則，確保演藝人員向賓客提供待客至上的賓客服務
- 按當值經理指示進行其他工作和職責
- 具款待行業或其他與客戶服務相關行業之經驗
- 能以流暢的廣東話、英語及普通話作書面及口頭溝通
- 具團隊精神、具正面及為賓客著想的思維、有耐性、有邏輯地解決問題並有具有安全及賓客服務意識
- 出色的人際關係能力，專注於提供優質的賓客體驗和卓越的服務
- 以專業的態度去解答賓客的疑問同時確保賓客的私隱安全
- 能於節奏急促及壓力環境下工作
- 不少於五年相關工作經驗及兩年管理經驗
- 於度假區不同的地方工作，包括室內及室外
- 須輪班工作
- 能用廣東話、英語及普通話以外的語言進行溝通更佳
- 精通Microsoft Office，包括 Word，Excel及PowerPoint
- 修讀及持有酒店管理、旅遊及款待或相關的學歷及課程可獲優先考慮
