Responsibilities

• Provide services to customers proactively and in a timely manner
• Assist the team to handle customers' concerns in professional manner at the first place
• On the job training with basic medical exposure
• Perform ad hoc project as required  

Requirements

• Higher Diploma holder or above
• 1-2 years of working experience, preferably in F&B and Hotel industry
• VIP serving experience preferred
• Pleasant, cheerful, customer-oriented and positive mindset
• Proficiency in MS office applications
• Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Immediate available is highly preferred
