Job Responsibilities：

• Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation, including recruiting, rostering, staffing, training, maintenance, daily administration, etc
• Ensure company standard can be maintained effectively in assigned area in terms of food quality, customer service and food hygiene & safety
• Handle customers’ enquiries, feedbacks, or complaints
• Build and maintain strong relationship and loyalty with customers
• Ensure that all purchasing, accounting, and HR procedures are followed by the company requirement
• Control operational cost and inventory
• Assist in development and implementation of new menus
• Follow up for any special promotional events
• Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements：

• 3 years or above experience in F&B industry at management level, with Japanese restaurant experience is preferred
• Excellent people management skills, leadership skills, and ability to establish a team and build team rapport
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese, Conversation level in Japanese
• Basic knowledge of POS and computers
• Self-organised and details-oriented with strong sense of responsibility
• Must have Permanent HKID or have a valid visa with rights to work (please note that we are unable to sponsor work visas)
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Restaurant Manager
