工作概要:
本兼職職位會按公司的營運需要而輪班工作 –
平日兼職: 所需當值時間為星期一至五
週末兼職: 所需當值時間為星期六、日及公眾假期
職責:
樂園營運款待專員需要在樂園及度假區內讓賓客能享受到最優質的服務。申請人將會根據其意向及樂園營運需要分配於以下其中一個崗位工作。
樂園營運
負責款待賓客、控制園內人流、協助賓客上落遊樂設施及操作遊樂設施系統。
商品銷售
於商品店款待賓客, 操作收銀系統以完成現金找續、補充貨品及點貨等。
餐飲服務
於餐廳招待賓客並推介菜式, 處理賓客訂單以便迅速準備菜餚, 擺放食品, 餐具, 桌椅, 安排場地佈置, 確保賓客滿意食物, 服務, 操作收銀機及處理付款
基本條件:
工作時間：我們的主題樂園及度假區酒店全年365天運作，因此本職位需要按照由公司編訂的更表輪班。
