Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and assist guests for booking facilities
• Issue towels, T-shirts, shorts, robes and locker keys to guests
• Handle guests enquiries
• Carry out of administration work of Health Club and Swimming Pool

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in luxury hotels would be an advantage
• Good customer service skills
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
