職責:
- 處理及應對賓客的查詢、疑問及意見
- 積極地向賓客提供待客至上的賓客服務
- 協助及處理售票等相關程序，需要處理現金或金錢交易
- 能以廣東話、英語及普通話作溝通
- 以專業的態度去解答賓客的疑問同時確保賓客的私隱安全
- 能於節奏急促及壓力環境下工作
- 於度假區不同的地方工作，包括室內及室外
- 須於輪班的情況下工作
- 能用以上三種以外的語言進行溝通
- 修讀酒店管理、旅遊及款待或相關的學歷及課程
