Job Description
We are looking for a Spa Manager based at The Aberdeen Marina Club!
As a Spa Manager, we rely on you to:
- Oversees the operations of Hair and Beauty Salon in accordance with Club’s policies, standards and guidelines
- Has a thorough understanding and knowledge of spa and hair services and products for promoting to members
- Ensures a high level of guest relations, service and communication by providing prompt and courteous personalized servics
- Prepares annual capital expenditure and operational budget
- Provides training and development to staff to ensure the highest standards of service are achieved and maintained
- Supports the Sports and Recreation department as required to ensure smooth operation of the department as a whole
We are looking for someone who has:
- Degree Holder or above in Hotel Management or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in luxury club or hotels
- Passion and eagerness to deliver high standard of service quality
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
