• Perform product quality check; perform safety and hgyiene inspection for factories and warehouses.
• Conduct EHSQ Risk Analysis (such as Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessments), improve internal product quality standards and follow up regulatory issues in EHSQ (e.g. food label).
• Improve food safety, occupational health and safety in factories and warehouses. 
• Handle complaints related to food safety and quality. 
• Implement food quality management system.
• Attend trainings and meetings as required, including Mainland and overseas.
• Provide technical supports to other Departments related to EHSQ issues.
• Hand ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.

•  Higher Diploma or above in Food Science, Food Safety, Food Technology or related discipline.
• Certified FDHE Hygiene Manager, CIEH Intermediate in Food Safety Certificate and with formal FSSC 22000 Internal Auditor Training are highly preferable.
•  At least 5-10 years relevant work experiences in food quality and safety, with food factory experiences are highly preferable.
•  Good problem solving and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English including Mandarin, Chinese processing is a must.
• Good PC Skills especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Candidates with less experiences will also considered as Assiatant Manager.
