Job Description

• Handle enquiries via phone calls, emails and all communication channels in a timely manner
• Perform professional customer service and create a good experience for our customers
• Provide full support to and coordinate with Customer Service Team, Warehouse and Operations Team in providing high standard services
• Handle and resolve customers’ complaints
• Follow up on order preparation and delivery service to make sure products delivered accurately
• Assists with ad hoc duties as assigned 

Requirement:

• HKDSE / HKCEE or above
• Fresh graduates are welcomed, candidate with relevant experience will be an advantage
• Good telephone manner
• A team player with a positive attitude and solid interpersonal skills
• Hands on PC skills
• Good command in both written and spoken Cantonese and English
