• Provide support in daily store operations
• Ensure the new project of operation and admin work are smooth, such as new shop open, shop revamp….etc.
• Reporting business performance to management level and provide solution if needed
• Outdoor work is required, daily inspection of work areas for branches and provide for its needs.
• Work in frontline is needed
• Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned

• Diploma Holder or above In Hotel & Catering Management or related discipline
• A minimum of 1 years working experience in managing multiple stores in retail or catering industry
• Proficiency in MS Office application including Word & Excel
• A good coach and team player who can communicate and influence other effectively
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and drive for continuous improvement
• Good command of written and spoken in both English and Chinese
• Able to work under pressure and meet multiple tasks
