Responsibilities:

• To assist project managers in devising and implementing buyer incentive programmes for local trade fairs
• To assist coordinating with internal and external parties on buyer-related matters such as promotional exercises, visit programme in fairs, visa applications and business matching requirements etc.
• To assist in handling database update and maintenance
• To liaise with local service providers and collaborative entities for offering value-added services to trade fair buyers
• To perform on-site duties for various promotional activities including reception of buying missions, provision of on-site customer service and management of buyer services counters
• To provide support for the visitor promotion team including the logistic arrangement of payments, purchases, storage and stock-taking etc. 

• Degree holder with a minimum of 3 years' solid relevant experience
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluent Putonghua
• Proficient in MS Office including Chinese word-processing and Excel
• Good interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality, outgoing, customer-oriented, meticulous and can work as a team
• Willing to work overtime and occasionally on weekends or public holidays

Remuneration and Benefits:

Salary successful candidate will be appointed on a fixed-term contract basis, renewable subject to operational needs. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
