Job Description:

• Responsible for daily operation
• Assist with general administrative and clerical work
• Check-in and check-out registrations for guests
• Handle calls and guest enquiries

Job Requirement:

• At least 1 year experience in customer service industry. Candidate with hospitality, aviation and tourism background is preferred.
• Good command of Chinese and English language, and basic pc skills.
• Willing to work shifts (including overnight shifts)
