- Responsible for daily operation
- Assist with general administrative and clerical work
- Check-in and check-out registrations for guests
- Handle calls and guest enquiries
Job Requirement:
- At least 1 year experience in customer service industry. Candidate with hospitality, aviation and tourism background is preferred.
- Good command of Chinese and English language, and basic pc skills.
- Willing to work shifts (including overnight shifts)
