Alvy's is currently looking to hire energetic, passionate and hospitable Restaurant Manager.

Located in Kennedy Town, we heavily focus on craft beers, American whiskies, cocktails, and sourdough pizzas.

Evoking the mood of a classic New York City neighborhood bar, Alvy’s is a cosy place and equally suitable for a quick pitstop or for settling into a relaxed meal with friends. As part of Asia’s leading Craft Brewery, Young Master, Alvy’s beverage program is heavily beer focused with a large selection of Bourbon. Classic New York City-inspired food offering is built around our own signature style of sourdough-based pizza. We serve comforting yet elevated noshes designed for sharing and suitable for all-day dining. Our menu draws as much inspiration from old-school New York City food traditions as it does from everyday Hong Kong flavors.

The ideal candidate will have experience in running/managing a restaurant for at least 1-3 years. It is important that this candidate has a passion for Beverages, specifically craft beers, and equally as important a passion in food, and pizza.

As a neighburhood restaurant and bar, this candidate will need to understand and drive his/her team to give true hospitality to our guests and regulars alike.

This candidate will need to be respectful and respected by his/her team members and able to lead by example as a leader. This candidate will also be in charge of training the team and developing each and every team member to perform their best.  

This candidate will need to be business savvy to drive the restaurant to success in the top and bottom line.

Our current operation hours are from:
4 pm to midnight (Monday to Friday)
12 noon to midnight (Saturday & Sundays)
12 noon to midnight (Public Holidays)

Salary range depends on experience

Must have HKID and be over 18 years of age
