Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall sports & recreational facility management
• Source, organise and supervise wellness, sports, and recreation programs
• Responsible for developing, organizing and promoting Sports & Recreational activities and events
• Work closely with the Club’s sports sections and societies
• Organise and co-ordinate Club league teams with respective Sports Convenor
• Respond to members’ feedback and suggestions regarding sporting and leisure activities
• Shift duties on Weekends and Public Holidays are required

• Degree holder in Sports & Recreation Management or related disciplines
• Good written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese
• At least 5 years’ supervisory experience preferably in sizeable membership organization
• Strong leadership skills to drive continuous improvement in service standard
• Certified in CPR/AED and First Aid

Established in 1904, the Kowloon Cricket Club (KCC) is a private members’ club and is one of the leading sporting clubs in Hong Kong. We, promote participation in cricket and a wide variety of other sports, as well as encouraging social activities.  We have a green environment in the heart of Kowloon. KCC’s facilities are also open to outside bodies such as schools and voluntary organizations, and we have a particular emphasis on training and nurturing the youth in many different sports.
