Job Responsibilities:

l   Orders data input to trading system for daily deliveries

l   Handle customer phone in inquires and orders

l   Handle deliver issues and complaints

l   Handle process plant data input

l   Liaise with sales team, accounting, production plant and logistic on daily basis, checking all applicable documentations are in place and smooth the operation

l   Perform data entry, validation checking, filing, maintain document accuracy

l   Provide general clerical support

l   Provide necessary operation support

l   Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

l   Form 5 or above

l   At least 1 year relevant experience in clerical support

l   Good English and Chinese

l   Computer literate including MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook

l   Reliable and responsible team player

l   Immediate available is highly preferred
