Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the F&B outlets services, operation efficiency and food quality in order to achieve sales target and business development
• Monitor and execute the promotional activities process
• Work closely with internal departments, review and provide recommendation on improving outlets service and food quality
• Compile forecasts of operating cost and operating reports for management review
• Manage outlets manpower plan and identify recruiting needs to support operations
• Coach frontline staff to deliver high quality service to customers
• Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Hospitality, Catering or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years working experience in Catering / Hospitality industry
• Good communication and customer service skills
• A good team player, self-motivated and detail-minded
• Proficient in PC skills, well-versed in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager
