Responsibilities

- Responsible for on-time material supplies and control the provisions in good quality
- Support business requirements by material sourcing (Office and medical consumable products)
- Conduct negotiations to obtain highest feasible savings and contribute central bulk-purchase contractual agreements
- Prepare the data transactions to perform inventory management and forecasting
- Communicate and understand the needs of operations to ensure the usage of medical supplies
- Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement

- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or relevant disciplines     
- Minimum 2 years in procurement or purchasing experience is preferred
- Independent, strong initiative and sense of responsibility
- Positive attitude and comfortable to work with people at all levels
- Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in computer literacy (includes Chinese Word Processing)
