Job Description
Our client, a Japanese F&B Company, is looking for a Assistant Store Manager to join the team.

Job Duties:
- Coordinate daily restaurant management operations
- Oversee and direct the food preparation process
- Deliver superior food and beverage service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Track stock levels of food, supplies, and equipment, forecast needs, and oversee ordering as necessary
- Respond efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints
- Ensure all employees are working within outlined operating standards
- Train and supervise all employees
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirement:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree holder
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in the F&B industry
- Fluent in Chinese and English
- Japanese ability is an advantage
- Qualified Hygiene Manager or Hygiene Supervisor preferred
- Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
