工作內容
- 負責酒店前台日常運作
- 接聽電話及處理客人查詢
- 負責接待客人的入住及退房登記工作
- 提供專業的客戶服務，維持良好客戶關係
- 處理主管及經理即時指派的工作
職務要求
- 高級文憑或以上的學歷，就讀酒店管理或相關學科優先
- 懂電腦操作、具客戶服務及酒店工作經驗者優先
- 懂讀寫中文，操流利粵語，良好國語及英語
- 工作積極主動、有責任心、注重細節、性格開朗
- 須輪班和夜更工作
- 歡迎應屆畢業生申請
