Responsibilities:

• Develop marketing plans for all restaurants and bars to drive consumer awareness and increase market share
• Analyze the competitive Food & Beverage trends to identify opportunities
• Create and execute campaigns to showcase Food & Beverage promotions, both to hotel guests and local patrons
• Curate content and lead the production of marketing materials
• Establish and cultivate good relationship with media, partners, celebrity/influences to maximize hotel exposure and build solid presence in the market

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma holder in Hospitality Management, Marketing or relevant discipline
• 3-5 years of solid experience in relevant field
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Knowledge in design software is a plus
