- Manage all of the brand's outlets within budget and to the highest standards.
- Lead the F&B teams to maximize sales and profit.
- Supervise day-to-day operation for smooth and effective functioning of outlets.
- Identify operation needs to meet business/financial objectives.
- Analyze and improve details of operations.
- Provide frontline training as necessary.
- Liaise with the marketing team or event coordinator regarding functions and events.
- Work closely with restaurant managers and other departments to ensure that company expectations are met at all times.  

Requirements :     

- Previous track record of catering/restaurants / F&B employment in a similar role
- 5 years or more at Managerial Level (less experience will also be considered)
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese is a must.
- Leadership skills to lead and motivate teams.
- Possess a positive attitude, excellent managerial and interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate others.
- Competent IT skills including MS Word, MS Excel, and PPT
- Good Time management and organizational skills
- Work well under pressure managing multiple workloads
- Knowledge of health & safety and food safety in a catering environment.
