Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, coach and motivate the sales team to meet sales target and KPI target
- Explore and develop new sales channels and markets
- Develop collaborative partnerships with customers
- Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Degree holder in business or related disciplines
- 5 years solid sales experience in the FMCG industry and come with 1 year managerial experiences
- Strong connection within various sales channels, esp. open trade and retail chains
- Responsible, analytical, independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- A team player with excellent communications, interpersonal and presentation skills;
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
