• Responsible for day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Report to the General Manager
• Lead, supervise and train the team to deliver high quality of customer service and ensure the achievement of sales targets, KPIs and operation efficiency
• Formulate, execute and review standard operating procedures for restaurant operations and ensure the execution effectiveness
• Monitor and keep close control on food quality, hygiene and work safety issues
• Manage inventory level, movement and delivery schedule, conduct stocktake regularly
• Work closely with different internal department and pursue timely and effective communication
• Deliver food & beverage items to guest
• Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• 5 years solid managerial experience in operations management in Food and Beverage industry
• Preferably full-service restaurant management experience in a high-volume high end  establishment
• Strong leadership, problem solving and decision making skills
• Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin and Japanese is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing, especially in MS Excel
• Working location: Central
