Job Responsibilities

• Answer and give support to all ticketing inquiries, e.g. fare restrictions, inquiries and approvals.
• Follow up on troubled reservations and communicate with suppliers.
• Manage the request for a ticket refund.
• Perform any other duties as required by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree holder in any discipline or having recognized certificate in Ticketing preferable.
• At least 6 years relevant experience and able to operate different GDS System e.g. Sabre and Amadeus.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill.
• Polite, good manner and customer-oriented.
• Fluent in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Willing to work on shift basis as request.
