Job Description
- Communicate to team members on departmental updates, issues and guest-related matters
- Ensure the cross-departmental communication to guest and operational issues effectively
- Contribute idea to improving the operations of Guest Services
- Update Management on operational issues for the betterment of the departments
Requirement:
- Minimum 3 years experience in Front Office operation, with 2 years at supervisory level
- Certificate or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
- Customer-oriented and good communication skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
- Willing to work on shift
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Guest Services Manager
